Does Callifi provide EMR/EHR software?
No — Callifi is a phone system provider, not an EMR vendor. What we do is integrate your Callifi phone system with the EMR/EHR platform you already use. Your phone talks to your records system so your staff gets screen pops, click-to-call, automatic call logging, and HIPAA-compliant faxing — all without switching between applications.
Is the phone system HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Callifi's hosted VoIP platform is HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant. Call recording, voicemail, fax, and text messaging are all encrypted and access-controlled. We execute BAAs (Business Associate Agreements) with healthcare clients as required.
What kind of healthcare practices use Callifi?

How does the screen pop work?

Do I need to change my EMR to use Callifi?
