1)Types of information that may be collected
The personally-identifiable information that we collect is used to facilitate the provision and the delivery of our services and/or products to our end user Customers (“End Users”). In the process of providing these services and/or products, we require our customers to provide certain personally identifiable information. Specific details may include, but are not limited to the following and may be subject to change:* The personally identifiable information that may be collected from our End Users is as follows: Full name, address, phone number, email address, and IP addresses; in certain instances, account number and passwords for Internet Service Providers solely for purposes of speaking with them (in each case with the applicable customer’s consent) to resolve issues that may arise in the course of the use of our services; and cell phone numbers of employees of a particular customer (when failover routes are requested by the customer).
2) How the information is collected
In order to provide a proposal/set up a meeting and to initiate the provision of our services, we start collecting this personal information in one of three ways as follows (i) as soon as the applicable End User calls in to our local or toll free services number; (ii) in-person through direct communication with the End User; or (iii) through the End User’s entry of the applicable information on the Registration Page of the Site (as defined below) (any of the foregoing, is referred to hereinafter as the “Registration Process”).We and/or our third-party service providers, including, without limitation, Google, may collect information from you in several different areas on the web site located at the URL, www.callifi.com (the “Site”), including but not limited to those described below:
You will be asked first to complete a Registration Form and provide personally identifiable information; you will also be asked to choose a user ID and password in order to use a service or product offered on or through the Site.
* Updates Page
In the event that your personally identifiable information changes, you should provide us with the new or changed information on the Updates Page of the Site.
* Newsletters and Site Emails
We may offer free electronic newsletters and email circulars to share information with you about the Site, our services, and/or products (collectively, the “Callifi Technology”), about us and our affiliates and subsidiaries, or about our business partners, advertisers and sponsors. You may receive an electronic newsletter or email circular either by registering specifically for such or in conjunction with a special feature or service that you have registered to use on the Site. You may cancel your free email subscription by following the instructions provided on the Site or, in some instances, in the designated area of certain electronic newsletters or emails.

We may collect IP addresses and/or click-stream data for purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers and sponsors. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. Our computers identify your computer by its IP address. When you request Web pages from the Site, our computers log your IP address.Click-stream data is information collected by our computers when you request Web pages from the Site. Click-stream data may include such information as the page served; the time spent reviewing the page, the source of the request, the type of browser making the request, the preceding page view and other such non-personal information. When analyzed, this data helps us determine how visitors arrive at the Site, what type of content and services are most popular, what type of visitors, in the aggregate, are interested in particular kinds of content and services on the Site and in certain advertising, and the like.
* Transactional Information
If you desire to buy any services and/or products offered on our Site, we will ask you to complete the Registration Process, including the provision of financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date and general contact, billing, and shipping information. We will use this information to complete the transaction that you have requested in order to deliver the service(s) and/or product(s) that you order, and/or to invoice you. Such information, if provided over the Internet, is collected and stored through encrypted means for your protection.
3) How we use the personal information that we collect
We may internally use personally identifiable information about our End Users to statistically analyze Site and services usage, to improve our services and product offerings and to customize our Site’s content and layout. We believe these uses allow us to improve our Site and provide better services to our End Users.We occasionally may use a customer’s email address and, in rare situations mailing address or phone number, to contact a customer regarding administrative or billing matters.We also may use information in the file we maintain about a customer to resolve disputes.
4) With whom the information that we collect may be shared
From time to time, we may send you email offers from Callifi, and/or our partners based upon the information you have provided us. Callifi also may share your information in aggregated and anonymized (non-personally-identifiable) form with its third-party content providers and other third parties to allow them to optimize their content, and/or services, and/or for other business reasons. In addition, in certain instances, Callifi may share name and address information with shipping companies, suppliers, and fulfillment centers for purposes of delivering equipment related to the services or for purposes of drop-shipments with respect to customer equipment orders.While we believe this disclosure of your personally identifiable information to the entities listed above will result in benefits and opportunities that may be of interest to you, you have the right to tell us not to collect your personally identifiable and give it to third parties. If you do not want Callifi to collect personally identifiable information or to share it with those third parties listed above, please opt-out of such collection and sharing by doing the following: Depending upon the nature of the Registration Process, each End User shall have the option to opt out, at some point during such process, of the sharing of his/her personal information with third-parties; however, if a prospective End User elects not to provide such information to Callifi, he/she will not be able to access our products or services (please see Section 5 below). In addition, opting out of the sharing of your personal information with third parties may affect the quality of, and features available or accessible through, our services.
5) The choices that I have about Callifi collecting, using, and sharing my information
Due to the inherent nature of the services and products that we provide, access to and use our services and/or products will not be available to you if you choose not to provide us with your personally-identifiable information.
6) The security precautions that are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personally identifiable information
We use industry standard efforts and have established reasonable security procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. These may include, without limitation, secure socket layers, firewalls, encryption, and password-restricted access to our services by employees of End User customers. However, please keep in mind that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet and/or the World Wide Web, and Callifi assumes no responsibility, and expressly disclaims all liability, with regard to the loss or disclosure of your personally identifiable information due to causes outside of its direct control, including, without limitation, general Internet or transmittal failures and the actions of third-parties, such as hackers.

You must be at least 18 years old in order to use our services and/or products and to provide your credit card information and other personal information through the Registration Process. If you elect to proceed with the Registration Process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
9) Limitation of Liability
BY PROVIDING US WITH ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU EXPRESSLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CALLIFI AND ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, TRUSTEES, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASEES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. IN ADDITION, WHILE CALLIFI MAKES EFFORTS TO ENSURE THE PROPER AND APPROPRIATE USE OF DATA PROVIDED BY CALLIFI TO THIRD-PARTIES, THE RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE AND/OR MISUSE OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
11) Correcting and updating personally identifiable information
If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), we will endeavor to provide a way to correct or update the personally identifiable information you have provided to us. Changes to or reviews of your personally identifiable information can be accomplished by changing your profile on the Updates Page of the Site, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the new or corrected personally-identifiable information. Please be aware that Callifi will always have the right to retain a record of any information provided by you in order to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
