The trade-off is a slightly less polished user interface and less premium build quality — but the call quality and features are solid. For large deployments where you need 50+ phones, the savings add up fast.
Do I need a Grandstream adapter for my fax machine?
If you're keeping a physical fax machine on a VoIP phone system, yes — you need an analog adapter (ATA) to bridge the analog fax machine to the digital VoIP network. Grandstream's HT812 and HT814 are the most reliable options. Alternatively, consider switching to CalliFax, our internet fax service, and eliminating the physical machine entirely.
Do Grandstream phones work with Callifi?
